She was pretty heavily matted on her underside, and I really appreciated that they called me first to explain the situation and ask for my permission before shaving her down. That level of communication and care meant a lot to me.The grooming took about two hours, and when I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful. They did such a great job—she literally looks like one of those fancy, rich dogs now. 😍You can tell they truly care about the dogs and take pride in their work.
