Professional and excellent care for my boys. I was nervous as if it was the first day of school for our babies. Thank you to the one Customer saw how nervous I was and said that he has been coming for three years and they take great care of your animals. He was so correct. My Coco is neatly trimmed, his ears are shiny, his nails are clean and short. They trimmed his hair beautifully as always! Cat is very happy with the cut! He’s been purring a lot. It does look a little rough in the front legs area, so I’ve deducted a star, but honestly I don’t mind it and neither does he. Hopefully the handler / groomer was gentle, but cat didn’t seem different afterwards. First time grooming and getting a lion’s cut. Cat is very happy and purring a lot. His hair will grow back. Price point is reasonable!

I hadn’t gotten my Chihuahua’s nails trimmed anywhere for a few years and had been doing it myself. The last place I used in another state would make me pay twice and come in two days in a row to get the full service done it was ridiculous. I had an amazing experience at Pet Wash in Hollywood. They did an extremely good job grooming my Shih Tzu. She was pretty heavily matted on her underside, and I really appreciated that they called me first to explain the situation and ask for my permission before shaving her down. That level of communication and care meant a lot to me.The grooming took about two hours, and when I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful. They did such a great job—she literally looks like one of those fancy, rich dogs now. 😍You can tell they truly care about the dogs and take pride in their work.
