Yet the groomer truly understood my worry and took the extra time and care to explain the situation with patience and compassion. The process was nerve-wracking, but the team’s clear communication and care got me through the four hours with steady reassurance. When Miles emerged, he greeted me with his usual excitement—and he looked stunning, just in a different, equally beautiful way.
