Despite my emotional state and inability to speak, they remained patient and understanding. The front-desk staff is composed of the nicest girls you’ll ever meet. They have a remarkable ability to calm you down when you feel overwhelmed. Dr. Katz, you’re an exceptional veterinarian! It’s as if you’re talking to a family member. You genuinely comprehended my concerns and handled everything with exceptional care and affection. You even managed to schedule an appointment for a referral the very next day.
