When I first came in, it was such a welcoming energy and I absolutely love how they don’t have the dogs contained unless it’s necessary. I’m used to pet smart so you’d understand lol. It was quick of getting in and out, and the service itself didn’t take as long as I thought it would have. I do remember seeing someone comment about the pricing but you have to understand the pricing is based on how big your dog is. Bigger dog= More product and things aren’t cheap. Once I arrived to pick my girl up, she was the happiest I have ever seen her when it has come to grooming and that spoke to me more than the looks. They also had a great staff that made my dog feel at home. I’ve now relocated about an hour and half away and I would still bring him here if I could.
