We love Uptown Dogs! To get the first thing out of the way: it's so clean. Our dog comes home smelling like dog rather than doggie daycare, which is incredible.
More important than the cleanliness, though, is the environment at Uptown Dogs. The space is so large that it never feels overcrowded, and there's a very healthy ratio of minders to dogs. The minders all seem like they love the dogs — they know their names, their owners, and are always happy to give us a detailed rundown of how the day went. In short, they seem happy to be there and happy to see us every time.
Our dog always comes home tired, but grounded. Rather than coming home somewhat anxious and strung-out, which we've experienced with some other daycares, she comes home content and level-headed. It's truly wonderful, and I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Plus, getting photo updates of your dog's day is WONDERFUL.
