Incredible Service — Fast, Professional, and Friendly!
I was in the middle of my workday when I suddenly noticed a huge swarm of bees outside my window in the backyard. Our pool guy had just come through the gate to clean the pool, and as soon as the gate closed, a swarm came out of the tree and surrounded the area. Thankfully, he wasn’t stung and was able to climb over the wall to get out safely.
I immediately called Beemaster, and they were incredibly friendly and reassuring on the phone. They said they could come out the same day — which was amazing. When the technician arrived, he was extremely professional and had the hive safely removed in about 10 minutes. I was able to watch the entire process from my office window, and it was clear he really knew what he was doing.
