The staff were really helpful, especially the manager named Phillip who was really really great. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every facet of the chairs which I were shopping for. He answered every question thoroughly including suggesting decision making considerations for comfortability and extended daily use which I may have not considered. He had amazing customer service skills and went well beyond expectations to cover every aspect of my purchase to get me the best deal including insurance coverage. He walked me through the entire process including online registration, general assembly tips and even loaded the box into my car for me! What a great guy, give this man a raise! see more
