They were professional, kind, efficient, and treated my belongings with care. They didn't just unload boxes they helped make my beds, placed furniture exactly where I wanted it, and made sure everything was set up so l could actually function in my home right away. That meant more to me than they probably realized. They worked hard the entire time, had great attitudes, and truly cared about doing a great job. The movers were awesome! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the people at the office said my TV boxes were included with the quote I was given. Additionally, they did not have door stoppers so they used three rolls of tape (we had three doors to get through) and then charged us for all three rolls of tape ($35). I just feel like they could have still used the tape ...all rolls were still full. If anything they should have charged the company not us as it was not our fault that they were not given door stoppers. However, aside from that, the two movers were incredible. They were friendly, professional, and moved super fast. Just be aware that fees are administered without being asked. Read More

I will add though to pack yourself. The tall blonde man with the braids who packed me the day before the move did a good job but the other guy who worked with him just threw glass items in a box unwrapped, no bubble wrap, no cushioning, not even paper wrapping and consequently I have broken glass in several boxes, expensive cosmetics items ruined. The movers on moving day were wonderful! I can’t stress this enough. I am giving them the five stars. I was moving from a second-floor apartment in Downtown/Ivanhoe to a third-floor apartment in Lake Mary with no elevator, and the team handled it all like pros. They were extremely professional, courteous, and easy to work with, and they treated all of my furniture and belongings with great care. The team from College Hunks arrived right at 12:00 PM, exactly within the scheduled window. They provided an upfront quote of $279, along with a labor rate of $40 per 15 minutes. The employees were honest and transparent, letting me know it would be a quick job and that they wouldn’t charge for more than 15 minutes of labor. My total came to $331.
