My son started at CTA when he was very young, and after about a year we decided to give him a break from daycare. After a 6-month break, we enrolled him in a new part-time daycare. The experience there was fine, but the long commute and overall feel made us realize how much better CTA worked for us.
Having now experienced another childcare center, I can confidently say CTA is truly on another level.
They provide more care, more activities, and far more communication. I always know exactly what my child is doing throughout the day—his activities, meals and snacks, potty updates, naps, everything. The level of detail and attention they give is something I didn’t fully appreciate until we tried another daycare.
The other childcare was a good experience overall, but I do regret not returning to CTA sooner. CTA has always been the place where my son—and our family—felt most supported. I’m very grateful to be back.
