Changing Tomorrow Academy has impressed my family from the initial tour (including my mom who had been a teacher herself with high standards), and it never stopped since. The quality of the environment, of all the rooms - the spaciousness, the materials, the perfect amount of the right kind of toys/furniture/educational equipment/decorations/etc - there is no comparison to any other daycares in this area (I've visited pretty much all in my neighbourhood). In the selection process, CTA was the only daycare where I finally felt a sign of relief and comfort at the thought of leaving my firstborn 6 months old with strangers. The 'strangers' became the teachers and staff that my daughter was excited to see (and most recently, not too willing to leave)! They are professional, attentive and more importantly, genuinely caring and nurturing, with an active and interesting agenda for each day. I love seeing the children progress through the year. Watching children learn something new is the most rewarding aspect of my job, whether it's learning how to tie a shoelace or read a new word. I love watching the children's eyes light up and how excited they get when they realize they have accomplished something new! I love my job at Changing Tomorrow Academy and find it to be challenging and rewarding every day. To me has been a second home, and I hardly can call it a daycare because it's more than just a daycare. There is always something new to look forward to, and I genuinely enjoy coming to work at CTA each day. Changing Tomorrow Academy provides a lot of excellent services not only for their main customers (families and children) but also for their staff. Teaching is essential because we educate a whole generation, but it is easier when you have found the right place to do so. I found the right place with Changing Tomorrow Academy!

The staff, the environments, and the leadership are amazing at this Montessori Daycare near me. Our daughter started in in March and we couldn't have picked a better school. We are impressed every day at the school's communication, leadership, and strive to make our children better human beings. my son started at Changing Tomorrow Academy this January, and we are very happy with how things have gone so far. The building is large, light, airy and clean, with lots of room for the children to play and a variety of activities for them to take part in. The staff have all been very helpful, cheerful and we trust them to take the best care of our son. We were nervous about him starting daycare, but we have been very reassured. We get very clear updates throughout the day so we can see what he is eating, how long he has slept and what activities he has taken part in. I would recommend to anyone looking for a daycare!

I cannot recommend Changing Tomorrow Academy more. For us it was very important that our daughter was well taken care off and happy. Our standards have been completely surpassed. She is not only super happy there (she runs into her class and in the photos they share with us she is filled with joy), but we feel like she is loved. All the teachers and staff are loving and caring. It does not feel like a business, there is a level of personal interaction that makes you feel like she is with friends or family, and that gives us so much ease. They also do so many fun and creative activities. They are even going above and beyond to make her comfortable when they don’t need to. Like today, when her milk leaked in her backpack, and they went to the supermarket to get her the milk of our choice to avoid us a trip to the school. We love CTA.

Love CTA! Our daughter attended Changing Tomorrow Academy for a year from 6 months to 18 months and wow, her growth during that time was incredible. She learned so much at school from using utensils to eat, songs, first words, cleaning up, socializing, etc. We were always pleasantly surprised to see her doing new skills at home that she picked up at school. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring and communicative and supported her every step of the way. Some things I particularly liked were 1) the constant updates on Brightwheel, I always felt connected to my daughter, 2) hours, with two working parents to have the option to drop her off on the earlier side or pick her up on the later side really helped us 3) healthy food provided in toddler room, also hugely helpful for working parents to just know she was taken care of! 4) the staff was top notch and truly invested in the kids, you can also see they make an effort to build community with the parents and get to know the families

Long overdue review, but CTA is incredible. Our son is almost three and has been at CTA since a month after his first birthday. The amount of progress/growth he's made in such a short period of time is truly because of the care, attention, and structured opportunities he's been given at CTA. He's made so many great friends, learned a lot, extended his curiosity in age appropriate ways, and so much more. We especially love that classes are structured by six-month increments, meaning our son has had the opportunity to really flourish in concentrated spurts as appropriate for his age range. I was SO nervous about sending our son to daycare and we searched long and far (we live in Carroll Gardens!) for one that met our expectations. CTA has continuously exceeded our expectations and we will be so sad to leave when the time comes!

I have an endless amount of good things to say about Changing tomorrow academy. We moved my son there at 7 months after a bad experience with a different daycare and it turned out to be the best decision. They are so communicative, I get regular updates and photos, the space is clean and everyone is very friendly and they are run so efficiently. If you’re thinking of sending your child here I would say with the upmost confidence you will be very happy with your decision. I wish I could take them with us in our move!

This place is amazing! Our daughter was with an absolutely wonderful nanny for the first 16 months of her life, and I was so concerned about the transition to day care. Changing Tomorrow Academy is a bright, happy, loving, and immaculately clean establishment. In the three months that she’s been there, my daughter has become incredibly social, talking up a storm, and surprises me every day with the new things she’s learning. She’s happy to help, and clean up after herself. She’s kind with other kids in the playground, and her babbling is becoming more specific by the day! All of the staff are so cheerful, helpful, and amazingly communicative. The constant pictures and updates brighten my day, and I just feel I’m leaving her in the very best hands. The school also offers a lot of fun programs, like parents night out, and holiday celebrations. More than I ever expected. If you’re looking for a school where your child can feel cared for and supported, this is it!

We cannot speak highly enough of Changing Tomorrow Academy! During the tour, we immediately got a sense of warmth and competency from all of the staff there, which made a very difficult decision a little bit easier. We sent our baby there at around 5 months and he is now 13 months and still loving it! They communicate with you throughout the day with notes, pictures, and updates about how your child is eating, sleeping and feeling. We are constantly getting pictures of our child doing art or sensory activities during the day. They are always available to chat and address any concerns about your baby that you may have. Not only are they incredibly organized, professional, and communicative, I really feel like they love my baby! The staff always has a sense of joy when he accomplishes a milestone or does something silly during the day and they seem genuinely excited to share in my child's growth.

Our daughter has been going to Changing Tomorrow Academy for over six months (nearly 2 years old now) and it's been wonderful for our family. Every single teacher and admin staff has taken the time to get to know our child, and she loves walking in to such a warm and loving environment every day. Her language, physical and social skills have flourished even in this short time, and she's learning new things constantly. There's great communication between CTA and parents - it truly feels like we have a team who is really invested in our daughter's development. Overall, CTA has exceeded our expectations and I can't recommend it enough.

We LOVE Changing Tomorrow. Our daughter has been in school here since she was 4 months old (shes now nearly 2). Before she started, we had heard a lot of daycare "horror" stories and looked into a lot of options but were super impressed with the school. She has learned so much more than I thought she would have at this age, they feed her all her meals and are wonderful at communication. Cant recommend enough!

We sent our son to CTA for about a year and a half starting after his first birthday, and it was an excellent experience. The staff are warm, attentive and responsive, and our son flourished under their care. We appreciated the frequency of check-ins and photos throughout the day, and enjoyed tracking the weekly curriculum and talking about it with our son after the school day was done. The facility boasts a large indoor playground for gross motor skill development and a big stroller parking room, and the staff held regular events to give parents a night off or encourage mingling with other families. We highly recommend CTA and are very happy that we chose the school for our son’s early years.

The staff's communication through Brightwheel is exceptional - providing real-time updates with photos and detailed information throughout the day. The teachers are experts at fostering development and independence, with plenty of age-appropriate activities and equipment. Most importantly, they truly love our children, evident in every interaction and milestone celebration. While the cost reflects typical US childcare prices, the quality of care, curriculum, and genuine warmth from the staff make it worth every penny. We've enrolled all three of our children here for good reason!

My daughter has been at this school for 9 months and it’s been a very smooth journey! She started when she was 1 year old and learned a lot by now! For example her daily routine like taking shoes off and on, getting dressed, commands like “ Diaper!” when she runs to changing table, seating at dining table, using utensils, behaving around other kids, sharing, being patient and respectful. Enrolling our daughter in Changing Tomorrow Academy was one of the best decisions we ever made. We had originally planned to send her to a daycare just around the corner, but when that fell through were in a desperate situation. Amanda was so wonderful and found a place for us at very short notice. We weren’t expecting much — we were just happy to have found somewhere so quickly — but our daughter flourished and thrived under their care. Amanda was extremely communicative and seemed to know everything about how our child was developing. She is so great with the children and just an extremely positive force to be around. We never worried for a second when our daughter was there. The teachers were wonderful at helping her adapt to her first daycare, and then helping her transition to the toddler class. If you have the chance to enroll your child here, jump! The staff is so wonderful and supportive, the facilities are immaculate, and the hours can't be beat! They also do a monthly parent breakfast, and a parents' night out, which is a cherry on top of an already incredible cake! Our daughter was here from 1.5 years to pre-k, and we are heartbroken to have to leave. She's bonded so well with her teachers and fellow classmates, and flourished under their care. The Montessori/Child First philosophy has helped our little learner become a confident, caring individual, who couldn't be more prepared for the rest of her educational journey. You honestly will not find a better early education center, a fact readily agreed upon by all of the parents. If you're looking for child care, don't walk, RUN!

My son started at CTA when he was very young, and after about a year we decided to give him a break from daycare. After a 6-month break, we enrolled him in a new part-time daycare. The experience there was fine, but the long commute and overall feel made us realize how much better CTA worked for us. Having now experienced another childcare center, I can confidently say CTA is truly on another level. They provide more care, more activities, and far more communication. I always know exactly what my child is doing throughout the day—his activities, meals and snacks, potty updates, naps, everything. The level of detail and attention they give is something I didn’t fully appreciate until we tried another daycare. The other childcare was a good experience overall, but I do regret not returning to CTA sooner. CTA has always been the place where my son—and our family—felt most supported. I’m very grateful to be back.
