UPDATE: I was contacted by AFW and together we were able to figure out the hardware pack I needed. They shipped it out and I had it a couple days later. I have changed my review from a one to a four given the fact that customer service learned of the situation and were eager to correct an issue that had taken place many years ago.---We purchased a bed frame from them quite a few years ago. They delivered, they set it up. We are now going to put new flooring down and because of this I need to take this bed frame apart. There should be two bolts holding the frame to the footboard as seen in the first picture. What I found were two stripped out screws. If this bed had a manufacturing defect they should have returned it and brought one that wasn't damaged. Instead they horribly made an on-site adjustment that is now my problem. If you can't do it right don't do it. Once I got it all apart it looks like they used 3 different bolts and a screw to attach the footboard. Amazing. Read More
