Urban Fit Yoga, in Houston, TX, is home to Stretch Yoga Therapy. It is a small boutique studio, that has been helping students reach their flexibility & mobility goals, eliminate chronic pain & tightness, find new levels of inner strength in their yoga practice, as well as play and live bigger than they believed was possible since 2016. The founder of Urban Fit Yoga, Wayne Campbell, is a 500 Hour Certified Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher, creator of the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Wayne spent 20 years developing the stretches and massage techniques that became his unique Stretch Yoga Therapy Method. Wayne is the 2017, 2019, 2020 United States Yoga Sports Federation Gold Medal National Champion (Men’s 50+).
