Urban Fit Yoga is a true gem located in the heart of Rice Military and a short walk from the zen oasis of Memorial Park. From the moment you walk in you can feel the care, intention and positive energy that the team puts into every detail. The studio is beautifully maintained, calming and thoughtfully designed. Wayne’s stretch yoga therapy is exceptional and yummy and literally transforms your body after just a few of classes. Having the option of the intensity and detox of heat or the calming clarity of a cool space makes every visit feel personalized and intentional. Excellent yoga studio with multiple options along the day. The classes are different styles and with different intensity levels. All the teachers that I had were great, I tried stretching, fusion, vinyin and sound bathing. I recommend all the classes. Also, the Tango lessons at the studio are excellent. The place is filled with excellent energy, the teachers are fun and nice. Totally recommended. Services Group lessons
