Knowing that a 13-hour return flight from Asia right before Christmas would be exhausting – especially for my nearly 90-year-old parents – I booked a ride in advance with Los Angeles Car Service VIP, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

I appreciated receiving my driver’s details in advance and being able to message with Carlos to explain that my parents would need extra time due to their age.
