I thought I was not hurt until after a week. I was in so much pain, and I was depressed for a while. I cried all day until I spoke to Sylvia. Sylvia is very calming and has such compassion. She helped me a bit with how to accept the accident, and the thing that matters is that I am alive. My case took a while, a little over a year, which I knew from the start, as James explained to me. James is a very nice person as well. He was very gentle talking to me, making sure that my feelings would not get triggered by the accident. I didn't have to do anything.
