I wouldn't know where I would be if I didn't know about them. A good friend recommended this firm, and they are heaven brought to Earth. I was hit by a minor, and my SUV rolled over. I thought I was not hurt until after a week. I was in so much pain, and I was depressed for a while. I cried all day until I spoke to Sylvia. Sylvia is very calming and has such compassion. She helped me a bit with how to accept the accident, and the thing that matters is that I am alive. My case took a while, a little over a year, which I knew from the start, as James explained to me. James is a very nice person as well. He was very gentle talking to me, making sure that my feelings would not get triggered by the accident. I didn't have to do anything. All I had to do was answer the phone when Sylvia called. They dealt with the insurance and all that. I only contributed a bit when I was having problems with my health insurance. Excellent Service, I was involve in an accident in a Hit and Run My car has Dashcam and took a good picture of the License Plate contact the Police Department of my Area and after Edward Young Lee offices and they took care of everything from getting information of the person who hit till the Fix of my car and the therapy for my body damages l. I recomend you to SHEIMM she was very Professional and was straightforward about the updates and kept in contact with me . Im really Happy with the Outcome of my Case. Thank You.
