I do thank you for resolving this issue with the delay of getting this project approved. I now know that your company has the tools, knowledge, contacts and connections to solve your clients issues in a timely manner. We thank you for your time. A happy customer Been dealing with Jose Lira ( civil engineer) since March of 2025 to get my design for a septic tank that would fit in my home and bring it up to code, This engineer has constantly ignored my calls and belittled me when I asked what has been the hold up? This engineer designed a Holding tank system knowing that the Harris County engineering would not accept it- because they require an up code system known as Aerobic system. When I requested this Mr. Lira refused to because he stated there was no room for it. However the county engineering will not accept anything but the Aerobic system ~unless we can p Read More
