Look. At. My. Kitchen!!!!!! I could cry - we just finished a full house renovation with the High Touch team and my home looks straight out of a magazine, out of Pinterest. Guys attention to detail and design suggestions throughout the way were incredible every single time. I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Renovations take time and patience but this was worth it all - waking up to the house of my dreams! The day I found this service, I phoned them, the phone was answered immediately, we talked about my problem, and an appointment was available two days after my call.I was kept informed by text messages of the arrival time, and about 15 minutes before the arrival of the technician he called me and let me know he was on his way.He quickly diagnose the door, which that was free, and then gave me a price right then in there. The work was completed right then as soon as I gave the go ahead. It was a no-brainer, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and no mess.I don’t think the sliding door has ever worked as well. Whenever I had a question, they paused and explained things in a calm, simple way instead of brushing it off. They stayed organized from the moment they arrived until the moment they left. I noticed they double-checked their work, made small adjustments without me even asking, and made sure everything was lined up perfectly. The whole experience felt calm, controlled, and well-handled.
