Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at all with VRAI.I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring in January 2024, proposed in February and now it being September, we have had to get her ring repaired 3 separate times! Each repair took 3+ weeks and the final repair we got with a different jeweler because of the lack of confidence we had with VRAI. Anytime someone wanted to see her ring and it was being repaired - it was always embarrassing to have to explain what happened. Definitely NOT how you want the celebration of your engagement year to go.The platinum band bent out of shape each time which caused the diamonds on the band to fall out. (I can assure you she was not doing anything strenuous while wearing it - she was very careful and aware to not do so)The customer service team was very nice however put us through the same routine each time and when I asked for it to be escalated up they did not do so.They even admitted that the first time they repaired the ring it was not r Read More
