I shared my wish list the the locker I wanted showed it was back ordered for 4-6 weeks. They looked in their inventory, and found one that didn’t have the studded diamonds I wanted. They worked with me on the price and will be sending it to me when the work is done. Will post again when I receive it, I looked at the other items on my wish list and the quality of work on all the pieces was excellent. After I purchased the locket, I went back to my hotel and decided I wanted to buy a pair of spacers, but was unable to make it to the store again before I was to return… they sent me a payment link and then actually delivered them to the hotel for me. I recently received a 10 year anniversary ring from my husband, which was everything I hoped for and more. He has picked a few other pieces, with their guidance, including a beautiful monogrammed necklace with my daughter initials when she was born. Flynn happened to be our first stop as we started shopping for rings, so we had no clue how anything worked when we showed up for our appointment. Luckily, we met with Sarah who guided us through EVERYTHING, answering our dumb questions without making us feel dumb, and making sure we had a blast. We eventually decided to design a custom ring, and M. Flynn CRUSHED IT. Sarah and Lyla quickly created a design for us to react to and then tweaked it based on our feedback. We loved being involved in the process, and it was empowering to feel that M. Flynn was willing to iterate on designs with us until we had the exact ring we were dreaming of.
