I cannot emphasize how much I enjoyed my experience working with Garo and Calvin in designing my dream engagement ring with my fiance. I ended up building a custom ring, and Garo was helpful in giving advice on what would look best with my ideal design while sticking to our budget. Garo and Calvin were not pushy with trying to make a sale (unlike some other shops I had previously visited), and they were very patient and answered all my questions. I get compliments on my ring all the time, and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I’m looking forward to coming back and designing my wedding band. 5/5!!!

My and my fiance's experience at Ethan Lord was truly 11/10! We specifically worked with Erika, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I am truly so grateful that I was able to work with her and I really appreciate how much time, knowledge, and attention to detail she put in to make sure everything turned out the way that it did. Her guidance throughout this experience was invaluable, and from our first appointment I felt like she really connected with me and understood exactly what I would love. My ring is so perfectly "me" (we fully designed it together and there are a multiple elements that are personal to me/my fiancé, I knew going in that I wanted something really personal and special), and I just am so happy she was able to somehow capture that within the design. I am obsessed with how uniquely "us" my ring is, and I have gotten compliment after compliment from everyone who sees my ring too!
