My wife had a necklace that had several knots in it. I was unable to remove the knots myself. I went in to Boyson's Jewelry hoping they would be willing to help, even though the necklace was not their jewelry store. My first piece of jewelry was bought at Boyson 53 years ago when they were downtown in Cedar Rapids. I have had them fix my jewelry and they do beautiful work. Trustworthy also. Check them out. My 1st visit to Boyson Jewelry was a great experience. Jody is truly amazing and so fun and easy to work with. I needed something fixed, Jody treated me as if I was spending a lot of money. Jody was very pleasant & helpful in assisting me in simply putting the back onto my watch. Not realizing, until Jody mentioned, that it needed a special vacuum type machine in order to get the back on the watch. Within a snap she had it taken care of. She also removed a couple of links in another watch that I had with me so that it would fit better on my wrist. Neither watch was bought at Boyson's, but yet Jody was willing & able to take care of those repairs. Other establishments I stopped at would not or could not assist me.
