We were faced with either hiring and training an in person team for IT, OR contracting it out to professionals who were available 24/7, which was important considering that we had a half-NYC, half-global remote workforce in 3 different time zones and continents. GeekAid helped field all of our IT Helpdesk support questions, software management, hardware provisioning, repairs, etc. such that our technical staff could focus on their main jobs around software development. The prices we were offered could not be beat (we compared with other vendors), quality was outstanding, and staff were very responsive.
