I scoured several shops online and in-store to find the perfect piece. We saw a piece on HGF website that we fell in love with, and we wanted to see the piece in person. We met them at the store, and the service provided was attentive and helpful. We waited a week or two to make the final decision, but we were able to text them over the 2 weeks with all of our questions to be sure of our purchase. Even after buying sectional she still helped and advices me on colors and looks I should look into for my new home. She went above and beyond. Delivery guys were great and respectful.
