They replaced our tankless water heater in a tight space with certainly not the most ideal conditions. They were very communicative about how we'd need to adapt to make it work. The fellas were very personable and gave wonderful customer service in home. As a woman alone in the house they were very respectful and I felt safe, which is alway a priority. They were more expensive, but they also found a lot of issues that the other companies did not - like the fact that our outside hose bibs were connected to our softened water, and where the source of a leak was that the other companies couldn't find. Chris and Jake were extremely knowledgeable, worked hard and appeared to be great mentors to Joe. We felt well taken care of and like we were getting more than what we paid for.
