This is a great company that has taken care of me and my business for many years. They are prompt, polite, honest, and very knowledgeable. Recently, Jordan and Owen, along with the nice folks who answered my phone calls for help, really went above and beyond. The main issue ended up being a problem with my city gas meter and not even my HVAC unit, but Jordan and Owen came to my office 3 separate times, 2 of them unscheduled , to help me out in a bind to make sure I had heat. Being a small business owner who values honesty and good old-fashioned customer service, I am truly thankful to have Service Experts in Birmingham to take care of me. Great job! Read More

See 12/9/2025 update below. We replaced both of our AC & heating units (upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside) and added whole house filters to both units in July 2020. I got three estimates from local contractors and found that Freedom had not only the best price but also the best maintenance plan. They've been servicing our units twice yearly since then. There were a few minor glitches along the way, but everything has been taken care of to our satisfaction with no problem. Their most recent visit was in June 2025. Their tech, Caleb, found a few issues, but cleaned and serviced all the units as part of Freedom's maintenance plan and we're ready for the summer!
