Jose came out last Saturday to inspect everything and tell me what the main problems were, and then I scheduled with him for the team to come out on the following Thursday to do all the repairs in the attic and put in a whole new heating/ ac unit which was 17 yrs old (life expectancy 15 yrs). The whole team - Jose, Saul, Austin, Tyrese, and Joe - gave me excellent service and got EVERYTHING done in one day. They explained everything regarding the problems in my old unit and what all they had done (mainly in the attic) to fix the problems. I was very impressed with their thoroughness, their efficiency, their professionalism, and their honesty. In addition, the service advisor - Jeff - was extremely helpful and was able to answer my follow up questions. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.
