His demeanor, presentation, professionalism, and knowledge had me sign the contract on the spot, in our garage, next to the original 33-year old Carrier unit Ferran replaced. Then there's the install crew on October 3, 2025. OMGosh! We got lucky and had two crews here for whatever scheduling reason. Pedro, Frank, Omar, Jose, and brand new Ferran employee Christian. Darien was the technician who came to my home and was very thorough with the installation of my two new Hunter ceiling fans with overhead lights and my new motion sensor light above my garage. While up in my attic to run a new wire for a new switch in the garage, he discovered a hazardous situation with an electrical wire and removed it entirely. Thank you Darien! Wesley installed the unit expertly, making sure to detail the capabilities of the unit and how to take full advantage of the new technologies the unit offers. He does very good work and Ferran offers very competitive prices for their services. Certainly have only good things to say since the Rheem unit has been working like a charm since the November install.
