Our master bath was the second project we had Blaine & Mike do. They did such a great job and were so responsive on the first job in our den, that we felt like we could trust them on a complete remodel of our circa 1976 master bath. Our trust was not misplaced!
The bathroom was a huge job that included removing a cast iron sunken tub to make room for the shower of our dreams, gutting/enlarging closets, installing a new window in an exterior brick wall, custom cabinetry, lots and lots of tile, and more. Through the whole process, Blaine was super responsive and so easy to work with. I never had to wait long to hear back from him. Usually he was texting back within a few minutes and was quick to answer my direct calls. Either he or Mike made a daily appearance on the job site to check in with us to make sure we were happy and managing with the inconveniences of having workers in the house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Customer service is quick and responsive. But they do not have qualified people.
I scheduled simple/basic cleaning (no blinds/no baseboards). The first maid only did basic sweeping. No vacuum and no swifter (I provided).
I sent customer service pictures of what wasn’t done. They rescheduled a follow up. I asked for someone with experience.
Chandra showed up I was polite and specific…. Sweep/clean floors and vacuum carpets in bedroom. Clean countertops. Take off smudges of frig. She stayed @ 1 hour and turned my AC down to 60…..and left….none of those things were done.
See before and after photos below. I want to support a small business and I know it’s undesirable work. But $140 and I have to go back and clean it myself is a waste of money.
