We had an amazing experience building our new home with Rodrock. They employ excellent vendors that are very professional and take pride in their work. The way the work and tasks are scheduled to get the house built on time make the building process that could be stressful an enjoyable experience. The realtors and project managers that help you along the way are very responsive and amazing as well. Selecting the lighting, plumbing, flooring, etc was great as well and we are thrilled how our home turned out. They are on top of it and the warranty program seems to be very solid as well. We enjoyed our build process with Rodrock Homes. From consultation to completion, we had the best support. Our agents, Andrea and Angela helped us with lot choices, contracting, closing companies and answered questions along the way. Our general contractors, Al and Graham ended up becoming like family. We worked closely with both gentlemen over the course of the time it took to build. Even after closing, they were quick to answer their phones. Building a new home and moving is not a small feat, but having the support of Rodrock behind us during this time has helped us transition into this new chapter with ease. I have built numerous homes over the years and Rodrock is by far the best builder I’ve been associated with! From their sales agents who were knowledgeable, professional and friendly, to their design staff who are an absolute joy to work with to their project managers who never heard of a request they couldn’t accommodate the support and service was impressive!
