Green flag #1: They quickly followed up with a quote and respected the couple of months we needed to pull the trigger and do the job. Green flag #2: We have a close friend who is a roofer in Texas. He helped me review the quote and said it was the best of the four I sent him, specifically noting the high quality materials and process noted in the estimate. Green flag #3: Adam CLEARLY understood what we needed to do. Gutters, roof, wrapping the scaffolding, repairing an awning and removing a very odd and outdated solar shield - which was a bear! The quote was fair and the work seems solid. Before starting the job, Matt came out and gave me a rundown on the materials so I'd know what to expect from the process, and even came out after the job was done just to add some finishing touches and address any questions or concerns I might have. My wife and I had our 30+ year old ashpalt shingle roof replaced on 2/27/26 in Boise. Mountain View roofing was competitive in price and was able to do additional repairs on our roof. Adam and his team are professional and were able to work with us on installation dates and explain the process. Adam also noticed that some of our facia boards were rotted and gutters were damaged and offered to repair them. The crew worked carefully to remove the old shingles and install the new roof. They diligently cleaned the parameter of the house each day. We will certainly be using Mountain View Roofing again in future. Read More
