Kyle Harris made the whole process so easy for us. He answered all our questions and dealt with the insurance company. Kyle was awesome to work with. My house had gone through a wind and hail storm. We worked with Austin Hotchkiss for our project who was very attentive to our needs and did a fantastic job of ensuring the project was completed correctly and on time. He worked with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensuring the job would be covered. The crew that did the installation did a thorough and detailed job. Options Exteriors replaced our roof this summer and I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. Mike was very professional and saw the project through each step of the way, from the initial inspection, working with our insurance company, supervising the work and even personally cleaning our sky lights after they were done with the roof! The workers were very careful with cleaning up any mess and protecting our landscaping. I highly recommend this business. We worked with Dylan from Options Exteriors. He had his work cut out because I was quit busy and a bit leery when he came knocking. However, he took the time to explain the process with insurance approval and finances and made sure we got the best deal possible. Our Options Exteriors representative was Mike Patestas. He was very helpful with the insurance adjusters inspection of the hail/wind damage to our roof. It is probably fair to say without his assistance we may not received any compensation from our insurance company. The communication throughout the claims process was great. Mike kept us well informed from the time of the inspection, to filing the claim and completion of the project. Mike also was on site during the repair and replacement of the roof and skylights to ensure it was done correctly, which amazingly was completed in one day. It looks great! I would recommend Options Exteriors 100%. Logan was our contractor and he went above and beyond for us trying to get what was needed from our insurance company. The team showed up at 6:30 and was finished by 8 that night. Our roof is beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with the way the team cleaned up after they were finished. I should also note that our roof had many peaks and was steep and I honestly was surprised they finished in one day. I would recommend Options Exteriors 100%.
