We had an excellent experience with Pa's. It was easy at every step of the way. Quick response to pricing request. The quote was very competitive to the 3 others we received. They scheduled our project within a week of accepting their proposal and actually moved us up a day because rain was coming and they knew we had a leak issue in our dining room.Tear off and replacing our house and garage roof was done in only one day. Clean up was sufficient. They did tarp our bushes and deck areas. I found a few things here and there around the house while mowing after the project but I don't expect someone to be able to find every single scrap of paper or nail that flew off the roof. In 2020 (Derrecho) I contacted Pa's to help get repairs done to our roof and siding. They did all the leg work from dealing with our insurance to completing our project. They did fantastic timely work. Recently on another property I have..we had some ridge cap damage, so my first thought was to call Pa's again. These guys are great, they showed up the very next day and even had a temporary repair done to keep us water tight. Within 2 weeks they were able to come back out and replace our entire ridge cap with a new vented ridge cap and shingles. Zero mess when completed and where even able to match our current shingles. Jonathan (the estimator) was very knowledgeable and helped navigate the insurance company estimate and how to deal with them on additional items for the claim. I would highly recommend Pa's construction. They recently replaced our shingle roof, rubber membrane roof over our three-seasons room, and installed new gutter guards. They did a great job, the install looks fantastic and no problems since they finished several weeks ago. Pa's construction was very responsive with a couple of small issues, and quickly fixed them to our complete satisfaction. True professionalism isn't in being perfect the first time.
