I recently took my five-year-old guinea pig, Pancake, to Battery Park Veterinary Hospital for a check-up with Dr. Berger, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, and the assistants were incredibly kind and attentive.
Dr. Berger was exceptional in his care for Pancake. He conducted a gentle examination and took the time to address all of my questions with clear, informative answers. I appreciated his thoroughness and his ability to explain everything in an understandable way. His great sense of humor made the visit even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Battery Park Veterinary Hospital, and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. It's reassuring to know that my pet is in such caring and capable hands!

The minute you walk in you are greeted respectfully and gently alongside your concerns. Dr. Greenberg did a phenomenal job with my cat, who we suspected had an infection or worse in his paw, but he performed an arthrocentisis procedure and turns out my cat had chronic inflammation. I found the pricing to be reasonable and I’m just glad it wasn’t anything worse than what we had imagined. I was so relieved to have gotten an appointment the day after I called and the procedure done the same day. I had called other hospitals in the area, but was told I needed to wait 3-5 days to make the appointment let alone do the procedure. Overall, I was so anxious and Blue Pearl and Dr. Greenberg were amazing and kind.

When you’re a pet parent, your obligations to these beloved furry members of the family are quite simple - make them very happy, treat them very well, and make sure their medical needs are very well taken care of.
I became a client of Heart of Chelsea many years ago. Little did I know then that my choice of vet would ensure that my kids would be getting the very best care from the most loving and experienced people. The staff, from front desk, vet techs, doctors and the lovely people who ensure the hospital is spotless are family to me and my pets.
Over the years they have all been there from the routine to emergencies and so importantly, the agonizing times of a long-term illness.
