I brought it into this Samsung approved service center and Aleksi knew exactly how to address the issue. He was super nice, very clear in his communication and told me exactly when he'd be able to have the phone ready for pickup. I got a message from him at exactly the time he promised and the phone works great. BTW when I was in the store for both drop-off and pickup, I noticed how well Aleksi treats all his customers and I witnessed two other customers expressing a great deal of gratitude to Aleksi for how he helped them :-) Read More

Surprisingly, they found a matching battery and the phone works like new! Also, they were so kind and efficient and didn't make me pay for any of the work, just for a new battery.
