My Samsung S25 was having problems. I brought it into this Samsung approved service center and Aleksi knew exactly how to address the issue. He was super nice, very clear in his communication and told me exactly when he'd be able to have the phone ready for pickup. I got a message from him at exactly the time he promised and the phone works great. BTW when I was in the store for both drop-off and pickup, I noticed how well Aleksi treats all his customers and I witnessed two other customers expressing a great deal of gratitude to Aleksi for how he helped them :-)

this place is great, i'd recommend it to anyone. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my warranty when i came in unprepared, and the next time my phone repair was so quick and simple that they told me they'd do it for free on the spot. Very grateful to have this repair store in the neighborhood.

I brought in a very old phone that I kept with a very swollen battery and a lot of damage. I was not confident at all that they would be able to fix it, but decided to give it a try anyway. Surprisingly, they found a matching battery and the phone works like new! Also, they were so kind and efficient and didn't make me pay for any of the work, just for a new battery. I was super happy and impressed with the employees and the overall experience was great! If I could give them more stars, I would!

I brought in my phone with a cracked screen, and they had it fixed the same day. The staff was friendly, explained the process clearly, and the repair quality was excellent. My phone looks brand new again, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended for quick and professional service.
