I called Tom Electric Service. Tom was quick to respond and setup a quick next day appointment for me. During the job, Tom provided me a lot of helpful information on what occurred with my outlet showing that it was not wired properly and the outlet itself was a cheap option that should have never been installed for EV charging due to it being flimsy.
