He worked with us to make sure he put in new lighting that we liked and always called if something unexpected came up during the work. I appreciated that he wanted all of his work to be fully code compliant and pass inspection and that he was personally supervising the work. We were able to get someone in very quickly, they were very professional, and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to change out one outlet that wasn't working on that visit.
