We were in need of an electrician and a reliable one. Mr. Sparky (Kevin Samuels - Technician) was the guy. I called them as we were cancelled by "the other guys" as they could not... We were in need of an electrician and a reliable one. Mr. Sparky (Kevin Samuels - Technician) was the guy. I called them as we were cancelled by "the other guys" as they could not manage their time with an appointment set days in advance. Mr. Sparky to the rescue, took my call at 6:30pm at night and booked it for the next morning. That morning we met the amazing Kevin Samuels. He conducted an electrical inspection that we needed, was detailed and thoughtful. Everything from the time to explain everything to wearing the red booties to cover his shoes when in the house. I am so happy that they were the ones to take care of what we needed. We did not feel pressured - however related the services of what we need to their offerings.
