Kim, from the Linndale mall in Cedar Rapids, went above and beyond all expectations by helping me pick out an anniversary band for my wife. Her extra efforts involved calling the repair facility and getting a picture my wife’s ring so she could assist in selection of an appropriate band. Additionally, she helped setup a surprise so my wife will see the band for the first time when she picks up her ring. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness - thank you Kim.
