Eldridge.I had to post this review of ECP Auto Service, because it is the most professional, reliable, honest and reasonable pricing for repair services I have "EVER SEEN."The owner Frank is a very polite person, who always makes time to interact with customers. But he is also a very busy man. Working with his specialized mechanics team, in order for them to operate like a well oiled machine.He listens very carefully to each customer as they explain what mechanical problems they are having with their vehicles. Then I watched him several times in the couple of days while at his shop. Start visually investigating what the problem could be on whatever car came through the service station. Then if necessary he would perform a diagnostics test to locate the exact problem that needed to be fixed.I then watched him and his team of mechanics with a limited but reasonable amount of time, locate the exact problem and make the

The best price I’ve seen for a full synthetic oil change!! And they didn’t charge extra since my suv takes more than the normal amount. The whole process was easy and smooth. They offer a free Lyft ride from and to the shop since you can’t wait there. They also send out a recap email about the appt and services. I happen to stumble across Hotchkiss through Yelp, since they had the best reviews on there, and I can see why! This place is AWESOME!! I was already blown away from their hospitality— since it seems that almost every mechanic shop always has a negative attitude about them. The people at Hotchkiss were positive all the time and very transparent! Jasmine was the one who took care of my issues. My favorite thing about this place is the visual profile they give you if your vehicle. They send you a link that breaks down everything WITH images of your car and an explanation. No more trying to figure out if a mechanic is really telling you the truth! They even pointed out that I needed something I wasn’t aware of (with proof of course). These folks aren’t here for a quick buck or and drama. They are so nice to every customer and deserve all the recognition! No wonder they have a reputation for being the neighborhood favorite!
