The other invaluable element is working with the construction team and engineer- he was very helpful in helping to set expectations, manage concerns, and met with us, the contractor and the engineer several times to go over things that came up during construction. From the first consult, Robert stood out from others we met with. Instead of totally deferring to us, he came with ideas that totally transformed our space. We enjoyed his willingness to creatively think about the space. Neither my husband nor I are builders/designers/architects and having an expert tell us how to best use our space was so helpful and ultimately made our space better. Once we hired Robert, he was easy to work with. He was responsive via text, email, and phone calls, even on Sunday! He was incredibly patient too, which helped since I was several months pregnant during the project!
