Invite a few contractors to bid your project and you will be able to tell the difference. Oliver provided 3 sketches of our project with different options in our price point. Other contractors who bid the project provided little effort in the quotation stage, providing verbal or vaguely written quotes. When it came to getting the work done, Jeremy managed his crews and clean up very well and made sure that all of the work was done to my satisfaction level. If something needed to be fixed, he made it happen. His subcontractors were all respectful and Jeremy holds them to a high standard for cleanliness. At the proposal phase of the project, Oliver provided 3D models of the renovation to give us a realistic idea of the final product. He was also mindful of our budget and provided multiple price options for consideration. As the building materials and fixtures were selected, Jeremy and Oliver reviewed all specifications to ensure compatibility and completeness so once the project started, there would be not delays due to materials.
