He was super nice, very clear in his communication and told me exactly when he'd be able to have the phone ready for pickup. I got a message from him at exactly the time he promised and the phone works great. BTW when I was in the store for both drop-off and pickup, I noticed how well Aleksi treats all his customers and I witnessed two other customers expressing a great deal of gratitude to Aleksi for how he helped them :-) Read More

Surprisingly, they found a matching battery and the phone works like new! Also, they were so kind and efficient and didn't make me pay for any of the work, just for a new battery.
