He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well! I was needing a new HVAC unit as soon as possible, especially before the "snowstorm", called them to set up the appointment and the office manager came to my house the very next day. She was so amazing, knowledgeable and personable which I appreciated. She went over my options, which I like that she gave me options and a final price after a discount. The estimate was lower than another estimate I received from another local HVAC company. I had to get financing and that was also very seamless and fast, really 5 minutes or less. The technicians were out the next morning. They arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable and really an all-around pleasure. Will, one of the technicians made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Tyree and Randel worked so hard, working in a very tight space in the attic.
