Upon arrival, we entered the shared space by National/Enterprise and were greeted by beautifully dressed staff that were there to guide us and answer any questions. We said we had a National car and they walked us over to the booth, and introduced us to Dom....DOM, you are a rock star! Dom got us all set up with our Audi Q7 and made sure we were comfortable and ready to begin our adventure. What a great representative for National - a real 10+ and we wanted to make sure he got recognition for a job over and above. Our car arrived promptly, was spotless inside and out (not the norm these days) - we loaded the car and made an inspection of the vehicle, got our settings done and we were on our way. Kudos to Dom, National Orlando terminal B and the entire support staff. We are veteran seasoned travellers and have rented hundreds and hundreds of cars........this was the best experience we have ever had. Thank you to all. Read More

The vehicles are in pristine new condition and well detailed. During the rental period I needed to make changes , using the app it was very easy to modify everything. Upon returning, Celine was there to greet me and he made it personal and welcoming. Really appreciate his hospitality. Will I rent from National in the future , OF COURSE I WILL !!! Have used them three or four times now and the experiences have been good. Really good pickup and dropoff experiences -- now waits, no hassles. Have used them in Florida and Kansas. No waiting at the counter. I joined the Emerald Club and now I can just walk out to the lot and pick a car without even talking to anybody. Very convenient. Read More

When it did rain there was so much residue on the wipers they didn't clear well. I usually use the Emerald isle but I needed a larger vehicle for family so I didn't. Service at the desk was very slow but eventually I got the paperwork. There were several choices of SUV in the size I reserved. The one I picked had 50k miles on it which is high for a rental. This was the first time using my Emerald Club membership and the experience was fantastic. The ease of the pick up and drop off was great and the vehicle selection was a pleasant surprise. There were major delays with baggage claim so I had the rest of my party wait in the terminal and went to pick up the car. I was finished in no time and had time to program the GPS, add the plate # to my Sun Pass account & connect my phone to the Bluetooth. The vehicle was extremely clean and performed perfectly.
