I needed a fairly complex print job done quickly -- I placed the order on a Wednesday afternoon and I needed to pick it up by Friday at noon. When uploading the job online, the system said that the print job wouldn't be finished until Saturday night. When I called the store, the associate in the printing department was extremely kind and helpful and assured me they would meet the deadline.
I got an email that the job was done on Thursday afternoon -- more than 24 hours before I needed it, and less than 24 hours after I'd placed the order! Not only were they fast, but they did a perfect job. 10/10!
