5 plus stars to the employees for enduring terrible working conditions at this Staples. I’ve always had great experiences with the employees at this location. I’m writing this review out of concern for them, as the store has reportedly had no heat for most of the winter. Today, it felt just as cold inside as it did outside. Most were working in the coats and hats and I could understand why they made that choice. Despite these conditions, the staff showed up and continued to be the dedicated professionals I’ve come to know. They deserve recognition and better working conditions. I hope anyone reading this will consider calling 311 to report the issue. The employees truly deserve better.

The staff at Copy & Print were extremely helpful printing a number of documents in different paper weights for me. Going in-person to chat with an associate about options is the best way to go if you have questions or want to get the best deal. Thank you Sunday afternoon team!

I needed a fairly complex print job done quickly -- I placed the order on a Wednesday afternoon and I needed to pick it up by Friday at noon. When uploading the job online, the system said that the print job wouldn't be finished until Saturday night. When I called the store, the associate in the printing department was extremely kind and helpful and assured me they would meet the deadline. I got an email that the job was done on Thursday afternoon -- more than 24 hours before I needed it, and less than 24 hours after I'd placed the order! Not only were they fast, but they did a perfect job. 10/10!
