I have to say, out of many interviews I’ve had, this was one of the most comfortable and positive experiences I’ve had so far. You gave me the space to explain myself, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely seemed interested in helping find the right fit.

They’ve been my IT go to when things get out of my pay grade going on a good 20 or 25 years now. That is wild to ponder as I type this. Perhaps my longest vendor relationship, which is a testament to them. Most recently I’ve been working with DAG to introduce AI to internal processes that will make labor costs more efficient. That I’ve worked with this crew for decades, as well as them being the only people I trust with my admin logins, says a lot… and it’s all great. I simply cannot recommend these folks enough. It’s simple. If they say they can do it, then they are the ones I will be paying to do it. Every single time.

For things where we knew what wanted (e.g. food), she facilitated the process but never debated our choices.
For things where were clueless (e.g. flowers), she just made good decisions on our behalf.
For things where some discussion was needed (e.g. invites), it was easy for us to build upon each others' ideas.
We also really appreciated the caterers she selected. It wasn't bored college students, but people who were personable, engaged (and knowledgeable about wine).
The wedding day was smooth and easy -- and we appreciate all she did.
